2. Admission in September(Fall) : at the end of May

1. Application for Admission
2. Copies of Graduation Certificate and High School Transcripts(Notarized)
3. Government-issued Family Census Register (including all family members)
4. Photocopy of ID Card of the applicant
5. Photocopy of Passport of the applicant (if only)
6. 4 Photos (3 by 4)
7. Sponsor's Certificate of Employment or Business Registration & Yearly Income
8. Affidavit of Financial Support
   (Bank statement or Certification of deposit of over 12,000 for more than 3months.)
